Lisa joined CVI in 2017 and serves as Vice President, Operations. She is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of CVI’s freight forwarding, NVOCC and customs brokerage operations, ensuring successful service delivery to clients, as well as the growth and profitability of all office locations. Lisa began her global logistics career in 1993, and is an expert in implementation and execution of broad logistics solutions, including ocean & air services, purchase order management, systems integration and cargo insurance. She has extensive experience in international transportation, customs compliance, visibility and information services.

Courtney Rossi, TRIP – Account Executive

Courtney joined Roanoke Trade in 2015 and is an Account Executive in the Charleston office serving Roanoke Trade’s Southeastern Region. Courtney is a licensed insurance broker in the state of South Carolina (with non-resident licenses in multiple surrounding states) who specializes in providing customized insurance solutions for customs brokers, transportation intermediaries, warehouse operators, importers and exporters.  Courtney gained valuable insurance experience by working in Roanoke’s customer focused Marine Cargo Insurance department prior to her current role. Courtney also has years of customer service management and international affairs experience from her previous endeavors.
