Relative to CVI & Capes operations in advance of the arrival of Hurricane Florence to the mid-Atlantic region, we wish to provide the following information:

 

  • CVI – Wilmington, NC operations will cease as of close of business, Wednesday, September 12.
  • CVI – Norfolk, VA operations will cease as of close of business, Thursday, September 13.
  • CVI – Charlotte, NC operations will remain open unless inclement weather circumstances change as Hurricane Florence moves inland; updates will be provided should closure of this office result.
  • CVI – Atlanta, GA operations will remain open.

 

  • Capes Shipping AgenciesMorehead City/ Wilmington, NC office locations will be closed Wednesday, September 12, reopening ASAP. Communications will be continuously monitored and ongoing throughout office closures.
  • Capes Shipping AgenciesNorfolk, VA office location will be closed Friday, September 14, reopening ASAP. Communications will be continuously monitored and ongoing throughout office closures.
  • Capes Shipping AgenciesWilmington, DE operations as normal.
  • Capes Shipping AgenciesBaltimore, MD operations as normal.
